Halloween at Bran Dracula’s Castle: A Weekend of Horror and Fun for the Whole Family!

Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 – Halloween for Adults

Get ready for an unforgettable night at Bran Castle, dedicated to the bravest! The mysterious atmosphere of the castle, special audio-visual effects and actors who will interact with visitors will create an immersive sensory experience. Starting from 09:00 to 22:00 (last entry), you can enjoy the Halloween Special Tour. Tickets are 120 lei for adults and 60 lei for children, and the tour includes exploring the dark and dimly lit spaces (this tour does not include the Halloween party).

For those who want to live the whole experience, we offer the Halloween Combo Ticket (SOLD OUT)  for 400 lei, available only for adults, which includes both the Halloween Special Tour and access to the Halloween Party. Starting from 21:00 until 04:00, the party will take place in a 600 sqm tent located in the Royal Park, with DJ set, lights and bar. Participants will receive access wristbands.

If you want to add a touch of sophistication to the evening, opt for Halloween Dinner at Queen Mary’s Tea House. At the price of 900 lei, the menu includes 4 dishes and a glass of wine/sparkling wine. Two slots are available for reservations: at 18:00 (SOLD OUT) or 21:30 (SOLD OUT) . For a complete experience, choose The Count Special Guest Ticket for 1200 lei, which includes dinner, the special tour and access to the party.

The Ultimate Experience awaits you at the Castle Courtyard party from 23:00 to 04:00. For the price of 2000 lei, you will have a finger food buffet, open bar, DJ set and access to all three floors of the Castle. Attention, there are only 100 tickets available for this top experience!

Don’t miss the special show in the Time Tunnel – the ticket price is 50 lei.

Attention! The experience is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia, are sensitive to flashing lights and loud sounds, or have small children in their arms. Please also consider the low temperatures in the Castle and the risk of slipping on stairs and walkways.

Sunday, November 3rd, 2024 – Halloween for Kids and Families

On this special day, Bran Castle opens its doors for the little ones and their adults! Between 09:00 and 16:00 (last entry), we invite you to the Halloween Special Tour for Children and Families, where little visitors will discover the charm of the Castle, without getting too scared. The sets, special audio effects and fantastic characters are all adapted to create a friendly yet mysterious atmosphere.

The ticket price is 100 lei for adults and 50 lei for children, ensuring access to a unique experience, ideal for a day spent with the family at the Count’s castle.

The Third Concert on the Lake – Haydn Deane & His Big Band

Haydn Deane & His Big Band – What a Wonderful World – August 10th 2024, 08:00 PM, Bran Castle

Haydn Deane is a legendary performer of swing and big band music. He and his 21-piece orchestra have been delighting audiences for 20 years. Their vast repertoire includes such old favorites as ‘That’s Amore’, ‘Wonderful World’ and of course ‘My Way’, as well as modern hits by Michael Bubble and Sir Tom Jones.

Two categories of tickets will be on sale, as follows:

Category A 150 lei
Seat on the terrace of Queen Mary’s Tea House, behind the stage and the artists. The ticket includes two hot entrées and a glass of wine / person.

Category B 100 lei
Seat in front of the stage.

JAZZ AT BRAN CASTLE, XIth edition – August 23rd – 25th, 2024

It’s not long until the Jazz Festival – JAZZ AT BRAN CASTLE will start its 11th edition! The most famous tourist attraction in Romania becomes, on the last weekend of summer, the host of the most elitist jazz festival, the names of the artists invited to Bran Castle being among the most resounding.

The Administration Company of the Bran Domain, in partnership with the Jazz Festivals and Events Foundation and the Evangelical Church in Râșnov, organizes between August 23rd and 25th, 2024, the edition number XI of the „biggest little festival” of jazz, new and contemporary music – Jazz at Bran Castle 2024.

On three stages (the inner courtyard of Bran Castle, the Royal Park and the Evangelical Church in Râșnov) there will be no less than 10 concerts that will bring together top names of the Romanian and foreign scene.

CHAT NOIR, CHAT BLANC AU CHÂTEAU BRAN

The Magnifcats Feline Club Association, a member of the World Cat Federation (WCF), in partnership with Bran Castle, is organizing a world cat exhibition on the weekend of June 29-30, 2024.

The exhibition will be held in the Royal Park of Bran Castle, in an exhibition tent, and the entrance is free. Refereeing will take place between 10am and 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. It will be ensured by a team of international referees, made up of Phillipa Holmes (Great Britain), Svetlana Lalovic (Serbia), Cornelia Hungerecker (Germany), Jane Allen (Great Britain), Kurt Vlach (Austria) and Anca Neculoiu (Romania). .

220 cats from the following breeds are entered in the competition: British Shorthair and Longhair, Persian and Exotic, Scottish Fold and Scottish Straight, Highland Straight and Highland Fold, Maine Coon, Munchkin, Maine Coon and Maine Coon Polydactyl, Ragdoll, Sacra de Burmania, Neva Masquerada, Bengalese, Cornish Rex, Lykoi, Russian Blue, Savannah, Thai, Sphynx and the new cat breed from Romania, Transylvanian.

Participation is international, with exhibitors coming from Romania plus Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Ukraine, Italy, Greece, Austria, China and the Philippines.

On both days, the cats will participate both in the traditional table judging whose final (Best in Show) will be daily around 5 p.m., as well as in the WCF rings where the cats are grouped into: adults, sterilized, puppies and juniors, pre -recognized.

On Sunday afternoon, as part of the world exhibition, the big rings will be held: Master, Double Master and Triple Master, which are competitions with pre-qualification that create the possibility of obtaining higher titles.

We are waiting for you to see some of the most beautiful cats in Europe at Bran Castle this weekend.
