Welcome to the Tea House Restaurant!
Nestled at the foot of Bran Castle, Queen Marie’s Tea House is a historic gem designed by architect Karel Liman in the 1920s. Built as a space for relaxation and intimate gatherings, it reflects Queen Marie’s refined taste, her love for hospitality and her desire to bring warmth and elegance to Bran.
Completely restored in 2016, the Tea House now blends history with modern comfort, offering visitors a unique culinary experience. Enjoy carefully prepared Romanian and European dishes, vegetarian options, fine teas, aromatic coffee and selected wines all served in a tranquil setting with views of the castle grounds.
Open during Bran Castle’s visiting hours, the Tea House can be visited independently of castle entry, making it perfect for a leisurely lunch, a relaxing afternoon or simply a moment to savour the elegance that Queen Marie cherished. Step inside and experience a place where history, taste and atmosphere come together beautifully.
